You can discontinue your membership in one of two ways.
Our preferred method is online via your mobile phone or web browser. We have a few pieces of information we need to collect to streamline the process
Alternatively, you can visit any of our locations in person. We need a photo of the number of the back of the RFID tag, found on your windshield, to streamline the process. If not available, we can still discontinue your plan, but it may take a bit longer as we need to search for your plan. You will be provided with a receipt to confirm we have discontinued your plan correctly.
